Having always been fascinated by art and crafts, over the past two years Beryl Bugeja has managed to turn her passion into a successful business, fulfilling a life-long dream of hers.

Her well-established product line of candles includes personalized candles, special-quote candles, cupcake shaped candles for weddings, essential oil jars and even customized one-off carved candles. Of course, like any other craft, no two candles are ever exactly the same – and that’s just the way she likes it!

Candle making is not Beryl’s only passion. She also makes other crafts from recycled wood, such as miniature wooden balconies of various shapes, designs and colours, which people absolutely love.  She also makes wooden plaques ranging from hand painted pictures, to mosaic art pieces and little silkscreen quotations. She believes in making the most of the materials she uses, and being creative with these resources, is an exciting challenge.

Ta’ Dbiegi offers a real melting pot of visitors from all over the world, who in the last year have both inspired, as well as encouraged her to continue doing what she does. For this reason, Beryl looks forward to the future with excitement, enthusiasm, and gratitude.
